The Flora print first made its appearance in the 60s when a silk scarf was commissioned for Princess Grace of Monaco. Originally depicted by Italian artist Vittorio Acconero, the print has undergone several reinventions and remains a source of inspiration for Gucci. This kaftan incorporates the Flora print along with the spring bouquet and floral square G print. It is made by sewing full scarves to each other. Unlined. Patchwork Flora, spring bouquet and floral square G print silk scarves. Wrinkled finish. Boat neck. Elastic detail with drawstring at the waistline. Oversize fit, relaxed silhouette. 100% silk. Made in Italy.
